We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where required by law.

Categories of personal information collected (CCPA): identifiers (name, email, IP address); commercial information (services purchased); internet activity (browsing and interaction data); approximate geolocation; professional information (company, role); inferences drawn for advertising. We have collected these categories within the preceding 12 months from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 3 and 4, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 6.

To exercise your rights, email info@vectoradigital.marketing with the subject line “Privacy Request” and indicate your state of residence. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will respond within 45 days (CCPA) or as otherwise required, with a possible extension where permitted.

12. Email Marketing and Communications

We send marketing emails only with your consent (opt-in), or to existing clients regarding similar services where permitted by law;
Every marketing email includes a functioning unsubscribe link and our valid physical postal address, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR;
Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly (within 10 business days at the latest under CAN-SPAM; without undue delay under GDPR);
Transactional and service-related emails (e.g., invoices, project updates) are not marketing and may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and professionals and are not intended for children under 16 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
